- Non-Solicitation: Users are prohibited from soliciting business, services, employees or products from other Users without prior consent.
- Non-Acquisition: Users must not attempt to acquire other Users’ businesses or clients through unethical means.
- Fair Competition: Users must engage in fair competition and avoid any practices that could be considered unethical or anti-competitive.
3. Reasonable Behavior
- Respect: All Users are expected to treat each other with respect and courtesy.
- Professionalism: Users should conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, avoiding any behavior that could be considered disruptive or inappropriate.
4. Non-Fraudulent Activities
- Integrity: Users must act with integrity and honesty in all their dealings.
- Compliance: Any form of fraudulent activity, including misrepresentation of information, is strictly prohibited.
5. Anti-Spamming, Phishing, and Hacking
- No Spamming: Users must not engage in spamming, which includes sending unsolicited messages or advertisements.
- No Phishing: Users are prohibited from attempting to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, or financial details through deceptive means.
- No Hacking: Unauthorized access to Foodbytes or any system, network, or data is strictly forbidden.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations, Reporting Violations and Liability
- Legal Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged to report any violations of this Code of Conduct or any applicable laws and regulations to Foodbytes.
- Accountability: Users are liable for their actions on Foodbytes. Violations of this Code of Conduct or any applicable laws and regulations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of access to Foodbytes.
